IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS
The policy of King’s College and Seminary’s Board of Trustees requires students to make payment in full when they register for classes.
- Students who have qualified for financial aid may make payment in full or they may use the financial aid payment plan. The plan is mailed with each quarter’s schedule and can be downloaded from The King’s College or The King’s Seminary website.
- Stafford loan funds are scheduled to arrive at The King’s on the add/drop date of each quarter.
- Pell grant funds are scheduled to arrive at The King’s approximately 5 days after the add/drop date of each quarter.
- The financial aid disbursements are applied to the student’s account. If the application of the financial aid disbursement to the student’s account creates a credit balance, a check will be mailed to the student approximately two weeks later.
- It is the student’s responsibility to keep the Financial Aid department and the Student Accounts department informed of changes in phone numbers or address.
- Dropping or withdrawing from a class(es) may make the student ineligible
for financial aid and/or may require the return of part or all of
the financial aid disbursed. Students should read The King’s
College and Seminary Catalog for withdrawal dates and refund procedures
and contact the Financial Aid department for advice before dropping
or withdrawing from a class(es). You may call 818-779-8271 or email
